Barefoot SOS Repair + Renew Review

You all know I’ve got nothing but love for Barefoot SOS. Their multi-award winning range of products is loved by my family.

I have combination skin which is severely dehydrated and sensitive. Some areas of my face appear oily, but feels bone dry and flakes in other areas. I find it very hard to find the right products for my skin.

I decided to try the Barefoot SOS Repair + Renew range. This range is based on the anti-ageing and skin regenerating powers of Rosa Mosqueta, a super nourishing Rosehip oil pressed from the seeds of a rose from the Chilean Andes.

The products in this range are suitable for all skin types, especially mature or dry skin.

Repair + Renew Nourishing Cleansing Cream 125ml – £20

A gentle and rejuvenating cleansing treatment formulated with rejuvenating Rosa Mosqueta oil, soothing Calendula extract, smoothing Cocoa Butter and purifying Rosewater. Use daily to remove impurities and make up, leaving the skin feeling refreshed, toned and supple.

Use Nourishing Cleansing Cream to:

Cleanse without stripping the skin’s vital oils
Purify, tone and rejuvenate the complexion
Gently remove make up (even eye make up)

Suitable for all skin types, especially for:

Mature/pre-maturely aged skin
Dry skin
Blemished skin
Uneven skin tone
Environmentally damaged skin

The Cleansing cream has a light consistency and comes in a handy pump dispenser. Most cleansers leave my skin feeling dry and tight. This was gentle while giving me a thorough cleanse. No more flaky skin, just soft, smooth and refreshed. Smells gorgeous too.

Repair + Renew Daily Replenishing Cream 30ml – £21

An intensively moisturising & toning cream to help firm the skin, reduce the appearance of fine lines and protect against the damaging effects of UV. Enriched with skin-regenerating Rosa Mosqueta Oil, nourishing Argan and Borage Oils and Vitamins A & E to boost collagen for a smoother, rejuvenated complexion.

Use SOS Daily Replenishing Cream to:

Develop and maintain smooth, plump, healthy skin
Blur wrinkles and fine lines, leaving skin younger looking
Repair skin damaged by UV rays and pollution damage
Prepare skin before application of foundation (remember this cream dries to a matt finish)
Reduce scarring, blemishes and rosacea

I like the consistency of this cream – not too heavy, not too light – it’s just right for my skin. A little goes a long way, and it soaks into the skin very easily. It left my skin feeling hydrated, soft and nourished.

I really enjoy using this products, they are very effective and are now in my staple skincare collection.
