During the summer months I ditch my usual body butters and rich moisturisers as they feel heavy and greasy when the weather is hot and humid. I prefer to use body lotions that are light but super hydrating as well. Here’s one I’ve been loving from one of my favourite brands Esse Probiotic Skincare

First of all this body moisturiser is not your everyday lotion as it is rather pricey. It is more of a luxury if you fancy splurging. I love the packaging, the glass bottle looks chic and it comes with a handy pump.

The consistency is light and the colour is light brown. I wasn’t too surprised by the brownish colour, similar to their Deep Moisturiser which is one of my favourites. The scent is unusual, earthy with floral undertones, I quite like it though.

It has a lightweight feel and absorbs quickly so I can put on my clothes straightaway. It leaves my skin soft and moisturised without any greasy or sticky residue.

I love how my skin feels using this, perfect for maintaining soft, gorgeous summer skin!
