Finding time as a busy mum to pamper myself can be a struggle! I love ‘me time’ and creating at-home spa days, so I have to make sure I schedule time for myself.
Today I want to share a few of my favourite pampering treats from Bloomtown.

Bloomtown The Woods Vetiver, Cedar & Green Clay Sugar Scrub (250ml | £14)
Stroll through the Bloomtown Woods amidst towering cedars and tangles of earthy roots. Crafted with fine British sugar and the perfect balance of plant oils and botanical ingredients to effectively cleanse, exfoliate and moisturise dry skin.

Using a body scrub is an important step in my at-home spa treatment. Exfoliating regularly is vital as it helps to remove dead and rough skin layers leaving you with fresh, smooth, soft and moisturised skin.
The first thing I notice when I open this tub is the amazing scent. The gorgeous combination of earthy Vetiver, luscious Cedar & sweet Bergamot is fresh, woodsy, warm and comforting.
The consistency of the scrub is perfect with British-grown sugar, nourishing butters and oils and soothing clays with no micro-beads.
While in the shower I apply to damp skin and massage gently using circular motions. It does a great job sloughing off dead skin cells and rinses off easily. I love the feel of freshly exfoliated skin, my skin feels super smooth, soft, moisturised and smelling amazing.
Bloomtown The Cafe Coffee & Vanilla Infused Oil (100ml | £12)
Wake up to the cosy aroma of fresh-brewed coffee with notes of cocoa and toasted hazelnut. Crafted with Vitamin E and antioxidant-rich Meadowfoam, Sesame, and Sweet Almond Oils.
Better than lotion, our nourishing aromatherapy bath oils double as the perfect dry oil for body, two products in one!

I love the versatility of these infused oils. For a relaxing bath, add several drops to warm, running water. For silky smooth skin, massage all over body in place of moisturiser. For an overnight hair treatment, apply to ends and shampoo in the morning. Perfect for massage, too!
‘The cafe’ has a lovely warm, sweet and cosy scent. ‘The Rose garden’ has a gorgeous floral and romantic scent.
I love using it after a bath or shower on damp skin. The consistency is light and it absorbs well without any greasy residue. It leaves my skin beautifilly soft, smooth, supple and delicately scented.
I also love using it on my hair to tame frizz.

The roll-on infused oils are handy and perfect when I’m on the go. They are the perfect size to pop in your pocket or handbag.
‘The Cafe‘ has a sweet, warm and cosy scent and ‘The woods’ is fresh and woodsy. I apply to my pulse points for an instant pick-me-up and as a perfume.
‘The Meadow’ has a deeply relaxing scent and helps me wind down before bed. I keep this by my bedside so I can apply whenever needed.
