Review – PHB Ethical Beauty Brightening Hand Cream with Neroli & Ylang Ylang

PHB Ethical Beauty Brightening Hand Cream with Neroli & Ylang Ylang

I have become a huge fan of PHB Ethical Beauty products over the years.  Honestly I can’t fault any of their products I’ve tried so far.

Last weekend I attended the Natural & Organic Products Europe show and had the pleasure of meeting the founder Rose Brown and her partner John Tierney.  They are both really warm and friendly people.  It is always nice to meet the people behind the brands, you can see their drive and passion.

PHB (Pure. Handmade. British.) is a pioneering British family run business dedicated to providing high quality and effective beauty products made using 100% naturally derived ingredients. They are a compassionate company and donate 20% of net profits to charity to help improve the lives of people and animals in the UK and around the world.

So I’ve been using the Brightening Hand Cream which was in last month’s LoveLula Beauty Box and wanted to share my thoughts.

My hands can get super dry and ashy, so I have quite an array of hand creams… hey you can never own too many.  I obviously have my favourites and this one has made it into my staples collection.  I also have the Organic Lavender version which is my hand bag staple.

I love the pump dispenser, it makes it easy to dispense just the amount I require.

It has a lovely creamy consistency and instantly softens and moisturises my skin but doesn’t leave it tacky or greasy like some creams.  Don’t you just hate creams that leave that greasy slick feel on your hands and you literally can’t touch anything afterwards!

It smells lovely, Neroli & Ylang ylang are some of my favourite essential oils.  The scent isn’t overpowering.  If you are not a fan of scented hand creams there is a scent free version PHB Ethical Beauty Scent Free Hand Cream with Olive & Aloe Vera

I’m so glad I’ve found another staple hand cream!

Have you got any favourites from PHB Ethical Beauty?
