This school summer term has been extremely busy for me… the life of a PTA mum. So I was really excited to open up this month’s LoveLula Beauty Box.

This is a new brand to LoveLula and I was really excited to try this out. The consistency is runny like honey and it feels good on my skin. It comes with a small wood spatula to easily scoop out what you need. It spreads easily on the skin and a little goes a long way. It is a really gentle exfoliator and leaves my skin really soft, smooth and refined. Love it!
JOIK Refreshing facial toner with aloe and sea buckthorn oil 100ml | £10
Alcohol-free facial toner is enriched with sea buckthorn oil well known for its high level of vitamins A, E and C, aloe juice that soothes the skin and a special blend of peppermint and grapefruit essential oils that refresh.
The toner refines the appearance of pores, helps in cell tissue regeneration, firms and gives the skin better elasticity.
Our facial toner can be used to complete the cleansing process and awaken the skin in the morning.

When I first saw this product I thought it was some sort of cleansing oil. I was surprised to find it was a toner that contained Sea buckthorn oil. You have to shake the bottle well before use as the oil tends to float to the top.
I’m loving this toner, it is refreshing and leaves my skin balanced after cleansing. The scent is uplifting, the perfect pick-me-up in the morning thanks to peppermint, grapefruit and juniper oils. Not bad for £10… definitely one to repurchase!

I’ve had so much on my plate lately and it’s been hard to ‘switch off’ at night. This pillow spray contains natural sedatives and the scent is totally calming and soothing. I have to say it has been very effective and has really helped me to drift off to sleep.

I love a good body butter. This one has a medium consistency and feels silky smooth on my skin. I love the light, fresh and fruity scent. The sample is tiny so I decided to use it on a dry patch on my leg. It absorbed easily and left my skin soft and moisturised.
Walden ‘See The Moonlight’ Natural Perfume Oil 10ml | £17

I’m a big fan of the Walden Natural perfume range and was really excited to try out their brand new scent.
I love that it is packaged in a handy rollerball so great to pop in your handbag and use on the go. You simply apply to your inner wrists, base of throat and inner elbows. As this is a perfume oil it settles beautifully on the skin and lingers more.
The scent is beautiful, fresh and intoxicating…I absolutely love it.
