Review – Antipodes Juliet Skin-Brightening Gel Cleanser

I’m a huge fan of Antipodes, as a brand they have great ethics and their products are created without compromise to quality, honesty, beauty or the environment.  I’ve had great results with all the products I’ve tried so far, their products are highly effective!

Cleansing is the foundation of a good skincare regimen. It preps your skin for the next steps in your regimen, allowing serums/moisturisers to go to work,  penetrate deeper, making them more effective.

I like to use the double-cleansing method in my evening routine – the first step involves using an oil-based cleanser followed by a water-soluble cream, gel or lotion cleanser.  I’ve been loving the Antipodes Juliet Skin-Brightening Gel Cleanser (200ml | £24.99)*

Achieve clean, clear and blemish-free skin thanks to the action of exfoliating extracts from the New Zealand superfruit kiwi and vibrant hibiscus bloom. Anti-blemish manuka honey and antioxidant Vinanza Grape & Kiwi form the perfect union to help reduce and balance your skin’s oil production.

First of all the scent is yummy… sweet and fruity, the green apple and cardamon combination is really uplifting.

It is suitable for all skin types and is especially ideal for normal to combination, oily, acne-prone and teen skin.

I particularly like to use this cleanser when my skin is dull and congested and I have spot and blemishes.

The consistency is a little runny but it lathers up well, you only need a small amount.  I wet my skin and then massage a small amount onto my face and neck using upward strokes, I pay extra attention to blemished areas.

After rinsing with warm water, my skin feels nice and clean but not stripped or dry.  Overall my skin is happy, brighter and clearer.

This is one of my favourite gel cleansers, it has made a huge difference to my skin and I enjoy using it as part of my routine.

Let me know if you’re also a fan of Antipodes.
