Say Hello To Glowing Skin with Isla Apothecary Skin Purifying Mud Facial Mask + Exfoliant

Advertisements

I love face masks and have a selection of masks to address whatever my skin needs. Sometimes my skin gets a bit congested especially on my forehead so I reach for a clay mask. They are brilliant for deep cleansing the skin, drawing out impurities and dealing with clogged pores and congestion.

I absolutely love Isla Apothecary products. The Refine + Radiate Beautifying Mask is one of my favourites.  You can read my review here.

The latest addition to my clay masks collection is the Skin Purifying Mud.

Isla Apothecary Skin Purifying Mud Facial Mask + Exfoliant

(85g | £30)

Effective cleansing is the key to an effective skincare regimen.

Reach for SKIN PURIFYING MUD, a multi-tasking facial mask and gentle exfoliant, to deeply cleanse, purify and balance your skin.

A refreshing, circulation and collagen boosting treatment for the skin, SKIN PURIFYING MUD synergises anti-microbial, anti-inflammatory and skin toning ingredients such as raspberry leaf, yarrow, rosehips, with compounds from lemon balm and orris root to absorb excess oil and impurities, and to penetrate the deeper layers of the skin for deeper cleansing and greater protection against everyday skin stressors.

It will also help to remove the last traces of your cleanser, which will contain environmental build-up and make-up.

Suitable for all skin types. With a potent, natural source of salicylic acid from white willow bark that effectively treats infected skin, SKIN PURIFYING MUD is especially beneficial for acne-prone skin.

Ingredients:

Kaolin (White) clay + Moroccan lava (Rhassoul) clay + Achillea millefolium (Yarrow) flower powder + Avena sativa (Colloidal Oatmeal) kernal meal + Rosa canina (Rosehip) seed powder + Citrus limon (Lemon) peel powder + Rubus idaeus (Raspberry) leaf powder + Eugenia caryophyllus (Clove) bud powder + Salix alba (White Willow) bark powder + Melissa officinalis (Lemon balm) powder + Tocopherol (Vitamin E) oil + Iris florentina (Orris) root powder.

How to use:

Mix approximately 4-5g with water to make a paste. Apply to the face & neck, avoiding the eye area and leave on for 10-15 minutes. Massage the skin with warm water to gently exfoliate before rinsing off.

I love the versatility of powder masks. I like the idea of making a fresh mask and mixing it with my choice of liquids to suit my needs. It is easy to mix and apply and you will see instant results after rinsing. It doubles as a face mask and exfoliant which is great.

It is so effective at removing impurities from the pores, increases blood circulation and resurfaces skin.

Say hello to super clean and glowing skin. My skin feels soft, smooth and radiant.

I use this once a week and with regular use my skin is less congested and it evens out my skin tone too. Definitely a staple mask now!
