I discovered CHOBS last year on LoveLula. I’ve tried their Aloe sheet mask and Aloe vera peeling lotion, both very effective products. I was recently sent their Moringa Lotion to try out, today I’ll be sharing my thoughts.

First here’s a little info about the brand…

I usually swap to a lightweight moisturiser when the weather starts getting warmer. This lotion is incredibly lightweight and feels silky smooth. The scent is light and fresh.

I have combination skin and it can be temperamental with dehydration in certain areas. I love the light consistency of this lotion and how quickly it absorbs. However once it fully absorbs I find it doesn’t give me enough moisture. After a few minutes the dreaded dry patches come through! So what I like to do is apply a light face oil afterwards to help seal in the moisture.

Afterwards my skin feels happy, soft and balanced. It works well under makeup thanks to its light texture. For those with combo, oily or acne-prone skin this would be perfect as it is lightweight and hydrating.
