For those of us with combination skin which is also dehydrated, finding the right moisturiser can be tricky.  I often battle with whether a cream moisturiser will be too heavy or whether a gel formula would be hydrating enough.

During the summer months I love water-based, gel moisturisers as they are lightweight, provide adequate moisture without any greasiness.

I’m currently loving Nature’s Kitchen Super Protein Skin Boosting Light Creme Moisturiser (50ml | £22.99)

Our Super Protein Skin Boosting Anti-Ageing Moisturiser is packed with 34 powerful natural extracts, including vitamins A, B3, C and E, green tea, gotu kola, AHA fruit acids, reishi, changa and shiitake mushrooms and fruits of passionfruit, guava and apple. The ingredients increase skin tone and softness while hyaluronic acid and collagen extracts act to plump the skin reducing the appearance of tiredness and dullness.

Ingredients:

I’ve been using this moisturiser every day for the last 8 weeks to really see how my skin would respond. I have to say I absolutely love this moisturiser.

It has a light silky gel creme consistency and a lovely fruity scent. It absorbs easily into the skin and is perfect for my combination dehydrated skin. It hydrates and balances my skin without any greasiness and doesn’t clog my pores.

It contains hyaluronic acid which is a must for thirsty skin as it helps to retain moisture in the skin. It contains a host of ingredients that calm and soothe the skin.

It also holds up well under my makeup, leaving a smooth finish. My skin absolutely loves this moisturiser, it feels so much more balanced.

This is now a staple product for me that I highly recommend.
