Cleansing is the most important part of your skincare routine as it gets rid of all of the excess oil, dirt, makeup, impurities, dead skin cells and pollution that accumulates on the skin. I’m always excited to try out new cleansers, I have built up quite a selection.

My skin has been feeling congested and dull so I picked out two cleansers from HOLIFROG to try out.  

Holi = HOLISTIC.
Frog = FROG.

The concentrated powder formula makes it travel-friendly as well as environment-friendly (hey, not all concerns are just skin concerns). Its blend of gentle plant-based enzymes, powerful antioxidants, and cushiony hydrators work to effectively and gently fine-tune your complexion. Due to its customizable nature, this polishing wash is friendly towards any skin type and skin situation. However potent you prefer to make your cleanse, this wash leaves skin feeling exceptionally smooth and bouncy as it gradually brightens tone and refines texture to reveal your most polished complexion.

SUGGESTED USE

Add a few drops of water to a pea-sized amount of powder and emulsify together to activate the formula. Tweak your mixture’s ratio depending on whether you want a stronger scrub with a thicker paste (powder > water) or a light, foamy lather for a gentle, buffing cleanse (water > powder).

You can also sprinkle a pinch of the powder into any other HoliFrog cleanser for an exfoliating boost to your cleansing ritual.

I got this powder wash to help tackle my skin concerns which include dullness, hyperpigmentation and uneven skin tone. I love the powder-based, water-activated formula as it is easy to use and you can customise it to suit your needs. It thoroughly cleanses the skin and gently buffs away dead skin cells without stripping your skin barrier.

I love how smooth and bright my skin feels afterwards.

SUGGESTED USE

Massage gently onto damp skin in small circular motions. No need to apply pressure, just let the scrub do its thing. The formula turns into a milky emulsion when mixed with water. Rinse and pat dry. Use twice a week to maintain a smooth complexion, but can be used more frequently if desired.

First of all, the bright colour of this scrub is stunning and draws you in. I love multi-tasking products and this formula works as a face oil, gel cleanser and exfoliator in one. For a physical exfoliator it is surprisingly gentle and effective. I love how it cleanses, exfoliates and nourishes the skin. It leaves my skin super soft, silky smooth and dewy. My skin tone is brighter and more even which is great.

I’m really pleased I got to try these products. They are a welcome addition to my skincare routine.
