Life can be hectic and overwhelming so I love to incorporate aromatherapy into my daily routine. I particularly love using essential oils to fragrance my home and boost my wellbeing.
Last month I met Clare and Darren Cooper at Natural & Organic Products Europe trade show and was introduced to their brand.

This travel size calm atmosphere mist is perfect for helping me relax and unwind on the go or at home. The handy size can easily fit into my handbag or coat pocket so I can use it wherever I am.
It comes packaged in an eco-friendly cardboard cylinder and recyclable glass spray bottle. The spray nozzle gives off an even fine mist that instantly fills the room with its beautifully calming scent. It is ideal for using around the home and work space.
During the day I like to mist throughout the air and on my cushions to create a calming and balancing space.
