My Experience

Installation and Use

Setting up the earthing sheet was straightforward. The instructions were clear and easy to follow, making the entire process hassle-free. The package includes a grounding cord that you attach to the sheet and plug into your grounded outlet. The Earthing sheet does not run on electricity, nor does it even come into contact with electricity. The plug is designed only to connect to the earth point of the socket and is not connected to the live electrical ports. It simply acts as an extension cord, bringing the Earth’s energy inside and allowing you to stay grounded while you sleep.

The earthing sheet fits snugly over my mattress, just like a regular fitted sheet, ensuring that it stays in place throughout the night. It can be used either on top or underneath your current bed sheet.
