When it comes to cleansers, my favourite option is ‘cleansing balms’.
The great thing is they cleanse my skin thoroughly, absorbing the excess oil and dirt without stripping my skin, leaving it balanced.
This makes a real difference to my combination skin which is also dehydrated .
I’ve incorporated Dafna’s Recovery Cleanser into my regimen so today I’ll be sharing my experience.
I would encourage you to read my Q & A With Dafna Shaham – Founder of Dafna’s Personal Skincare to find out more the brand.

This cleansing balm feels so luxurious and transforms my routine into a pampering session. Once you open the jar, the first thing that hits you is the gorgeous scent. It’s uplifting scent is thanks to sweet orange, Rosemary and Lemongrass essential oils giving you the aromatherapy experience.
The consistency is gorgeous….rich and creamy and it instantly melts in the skin. I take a small amount and warm in the palm of my hands, inhale deeply and then apply to my face and neck using an upward circular motion. I gently massage for about a minute to stimulate circulation and lift off excess oil and dirt. I then leave it for 2 mins, wet my hands and gently massage, this helps the balm to emulsify into a milky consistency.
Do you love cleansing balms? Please feel free to share your thoughts.
Have a lovely weekend
