Review – Westlab Reviving Epsom Salt Bath Fizzer & Relaxing Dead Sea Salt Bath Fizzer

After a long hard day, there’s nothing better than unwinding and indulging in a nice warm bath to relax the body and mind. I’m a huge fan of Westlab and regularly use their bath salts to detox, unwind and de-stress.

I’ve been trying out some of their bath fizzers…

Westlab Relaxing Dead Sea Salt Bath Fizzer £3.49

Dead sea salt is packed full of minerals, including magnesium, calcium, sulfur, bromide, iodine, sodium, potassium and zinc, which are easily absorbed by the skin. It has anti-inflammatory and skin hydrating benefits so it’s great for people who suffer from dry, sensitive and itchy skin.

I was really excited to see the explosion of colour once I tossed the bath fizzer into the water. It fizzed and dissolved quickly releasing a relaxing fragrance. The perfect way to unwind after a long stressful day, it is also really gentle on the skin leaving it super soft and smooth.

I regularly have an Epsom salt bath to help increase my body’s magnesium levels. It also helps to alleviate muscle pain and boost muscle recovery after exercise or any strenuous activity. I love the combination of spearmint and eucalyptus essential oils, you definitely get to reap the benefits of this amazing bath fizzer.

You don’t get quite the same colour explosion like the relaxing version but it fizzes and dissolves quickly. After a soak in the bath it leaves me refreshed and invigorated.
