To be honest with you I wanted the entire lot but I decided to go for what my skin needs right now. I opted for the Glow and Detox starter kits.

Today I will be sharing my thoughts on the Glow Starter kit. All the products featured are new to me so I was eager to try them out.

Step 1: Josh Rosebrook Herbal Infusion Oil, 1ml x 3:Remove makeup and infuse skin with vitamins for a nourishing treatment that promotes a genuine healthy glow.

I’m always up for a multi-purpose product. This is a dynamic 3-in-1 herbal oil cleanser, makeup remover and moisturising vitamin treatment.

The formula is light with a lovely herbal scent. As a cleanser I gently massage into my skin and then remove with a warm muslin cloth. It effectively removes makeup and cleanses the skin. My skin felt clean and balanced afterwards.

You can also apply a small amount to cleansed damp skin to soothe and moisturise.

The oil is light and has an uplifting scent thanks to the blend of Basil, Orange, Geranium, Lime and Jasmine oils.

Massage into dry skin to dissolve makeup and daily grime. Add a few drops of water and the oil emulsifies into a light milk. It completely washes off with water.

My skin felt clean and soft afterwards.

Step 3: Leahlani Skincare Meli Glow Illuminating Nectar Mask, 7ml:A tropical skincare delicacy. Illuminate skin with a bountiful dose of honey, banana and papaya oil for an ‘aloha glow’.

I was super excited to try this out as Leahlani has been on my wishlist for a while. First of all this mask has the most delicious tropical fruit scent and is an absolute pleasure to use. It has a sticky texture but spreads easily as you apply to damp skin.

Sit pretty for 5-15 minutes and rinse well with warm water.

After using the mask, my skin felt really supple, hydrated, softer and more even toned. I’m really impressed and loving the results.

Step 4: Odacite Vital Glow Wild Carrot Serum Concentrate, 0.6ml:An intensive concentrate that soaks skin in cold-pressed carrot oil to revitalise, restore and protect.

This rare and precious Wild Carrot seed oil is deemed to be the ancestral beauty elixir of French queens, known to “donner bonne mine” (give a fresh, glowing complexion).

This serum is really concentrated and slightly thick in consistency. The scent is earthy, herbal and uplifting.

I applied a small amount to damp skin and was pleasantly surprised how quickly my skin soaked it in. Although it’s a fairly thick oil, there was no oily residue. I’m simply blown away by how effective this product is. I immediately noticed my skin was more radiant afterwards.

This eye serum has a lightweight texture and absorbs well. It plumps and hydrates the skin. I don’t have wrinkles and fine lines so I can’t comment on its effects.

This moisturiser has a light consistency but I’m not a fan of the scent (very perfume like). It absorbs well but my skin felt tacky afterwards which was rather annoying.

Overall I’m really pleased with this Glow Starter kit. Also included at the back of the insert is a QR code which you scan to get 10% off any full-size product from the kit.

When I do decide to go full-size, my top products would be the Leahlani Meli Glow and the Odacite Vital Glow.
