The LoveLula Beauty Box is a great way to treat yourself to a little surprise each month. I love discovering new brands as well as well known favourites.
July’s beauty box contains full-sized products from Soul Tree, Bloomtown, Skin Alchemists and Gallinée. I’m also loving the new insert design.
The total value of this month’s box is £58. There’s also an exclusive beauty box offer of 20% off the brands featured in the box.

Firstly I have to mention the gorgeous packaging. The kajal is packaged like a lipstick, making it compact and easy to pop into a handbag or clutch.
How to use
- Lower lashline: Start by applying the kajal from the outer corner/waterline of your lash line all the way to the inner corner. For an intense effect, repeat the same 2-3 times
- Upper lash line: Draw a thin line very close to your upper lash line. This will give the appearance of bigger eyes.
It has a soft, smooth and creamy texture which helps it glide easily and not drag on the lash line. It is highly pigmented and the black is quite intense. I found a single swipe sufficient for me.
Overall I’m impressed and can’t wait to try their other colours.
Bloomtown Natural Deodorant Bar – Lemongrass & Peppermint 50g
Natural & effective odour protection in a unique plastic-free bar formulation, which allows underarm heat to soften bar just enough to glide on smoothly. Dries to a soft, smooth finish, not sticky or gritty like so many natural deodorants.
Theobroma cacao (Cocoa) Seed Butter, Manihot esculenta (Tapioca) Root Starch, Magnesium Hydroxide, Cocos nucifera (Coconut) Oil, Cymbopogon flexuosus (Lemongrass) Oil, Mentha piperita (Peppermint) Oil, Zingiber officinale (Ginger) Oil, Rosmarinus officinalis (Rosemary) Oil, Citral*, Geraniol*, d-Limonene*, Linalool*
*Naturally occurring in essential oils
This is one of my staple deodorants so I was really pleased to see it in the box. It is bicarb-free which is perfect for me as my skin now reacts to bicarb deodorant.
Directions for Use: Lift bar out of tin & apply to clean, dry underarm, gliding over entire area. Store in tin & reapply as needed. For best results, store in a cool place, such as the refrigerator.
It is easy to apply and more importantly naturally deodorises. Lemongrass oil has such a powerful citrus scent that is fresh and invigorating. It pairs well with warming ginger, fresh and minty Peppermint and woody, herbaceous Rosemary.
It truly works! I also love the Lavender and Rose Geranium version.
Skin Alchemists Equilibrium Artisan Soap Bar 128g
Inspired by the enigmatic scent of our Equilibrium aromatherapy pulse point oil, this seasonal soap bar will nourish your skin and balance your senses. The scent is grounding and calming. Top notes of Lavender and Vetiver, blends into middle notes of lime and base notes of incense wood.
Sodium Cocoate (coconut) oil, Sodium olivate (olive) oil, Aqua, Glycerin, Sodium Shea Butterate, Sodium castorate (castor) oil, Citrus aurantifolia (Lime) peel oil distilled, Vetiveria zizanoides (Vertiver) root oil, Juniperus virginiana (Cedarwood virgiania) wood oil, Lavandula angustifolia (Lavender) oil, Monmorillonite (french green clay), Spirulina platensis powder, Kaolin clay
I love Skin Alchemists and was excited to try out this soap bar. I love the ‘Dirty chai’ soap that was featured in a previous box.
The equilibrium soap bar smells amazing and I dare say it’s one of the best I’ve tried so far. I have a love/hate relationship with soap, I’ve tried a few that left my skin really dry and ashy afterwards.
This soap bar has a creamy lather and thoroughly cleanses without leaving my skin stripped. My skin feels soft, smooth and brighter.
What do you think of this month’s box? I’d love to know your thoughts in the comments.
Until next time,
