I love using aromatherapy to scent my home and transform my mood. Using aromatherapy candles, reed diffusers and essential oil diffusers can transform your surroundings and instantly fill your home with 100% natural, therapeutic aromas.
I have an electric diffuser that uses water which I’ve wanted to replace for a while so I decided to upgrade to ‘The Atomiser’ from Aromatherapy Associates.

Simply revolutionary – the ultimate waterless, portable and re-chargeable essential oil diffuser.

Aromatherapy Associates The Atomiser & Deep Relax Essential Oil Deluxe Set is a limited edition deluxe set featuring the bestselling Atomiser and a full-size Deep Relax Pure Essential Oil blend.Ā

WHAT MAKES THE ATOMISER DIFFERENT TO OTHER DIFFUSERS?
The Atomiser is revolutionary as it uses nebulising technology to diffuse the essential oils. It does not use water or heat to diffuse the essential oil blends which helps to retain the purity of oil and enhances the wellbeing benefits.

Included in this set is the Deep Relax Essential Oil Blend 10ml – If your racing mind is preventing a good nightās rest, this calming concoction contains grounding vetiver, as well as camomile to soothe and sandalwood to help feel relaxed, all of which combine to help you switch off ⦠and subsequently drift off. This blend was born out of co-founder Geraldine Howardās studies in aromatherapy, selecting the key essential oils known to facilitate sleep.

The process of setting up the Atomiser was quick and easy. It takes 5 hours to charge the Atomiser and once charged, the Atomiser will last for 18 hours. Once charged it can be moved to any room of your choice.

There areĀ 7 essential oil blends to choose from: Deep Relax, De-stress, Breathe, Revive, Forest Therapy, Rose and Winter wellbeing.
I also purchased the De-stress blend as it’s a favourite for me. This blend was created for mild cases of disquiet, when the pressures of life are getting a little too much and your focus, sleep and relationships are all being put to the test. The light, herbaceous blend contains the orange-blossom scent of Petitgrain for clarity, Chamomile to inspire a sense of calm, and earthy Frankincense for mindful clarity.

The Atomiser has 3 run time options; 30 minutes/1 hour/3 hours. It will stop automatically after each run-time. It also has two intensity settings; standard & boost mode. Standard mode alternates between 13 seconds of diffusion and 47 seconds without diffusion for the run time length selected.
The Boost Mode alternates between 4 minutes of diffusion and 6 minutes without diffusion for the run time selected. Boost mode is recommended to be used for 30 minutes once a day.
Once it is switched on, the Atomiser uses pressurised air to disperse and diffuse the essential oils into the air in a micro fine mist. The aroma starts to fill the air and transform the room into a spa-haven.
I like to use the De-stress blend during the day and the Deep Relax in the evening before bedtime.
The Atomiser has been a game-changer for me. It is a much better way to diffuse essential oils and it is also more economical in my opinion. Here is how long a 10ml bottle will last in The Atomiser:
In Standard mode:
30 minutes of diffusion daily on Standard Mode = 64 days
1 hour of diffusion daily on Standard Mode = 31 days
3 hour of diffusion daily on Standard Mode = 10 days
In Boost Mode:
30 minutes of diffusion daily on Standard Mode = 34 days
Thinking of buying an essential oil diffuser? Look no further than The Atomiser.Ā
