Last week, I had the incredible opportunity to attend the Natural & Organic Products Expo 2025 at London Excel—an exclusive trade-only event for industry professionals to connect, collaborate and discover the latest innovations in sustainable, organic, and ethical products.




The event featured three dynamic show areas:

1. Natural Health Expo
This section focused on vitamins, supplements, and wellness products, showcasing innovations in hormone health, collagen, protein, fertility, botanicals, and adaptogenic mushrooms. The expo also featured eco-living brands, offering reusable products and natural household essentials.
2. Natural Beauty Expo
Dedicated to organic, sustainable, and ethical beauty, this area covered skincare, haircare, makeup, and personal care products. Key trends included biotech-derived actives, waterless formulations, and refillable packaging solutions.
3. Natural Food Expo
A hub for healthy, organic, plant-based, free-from, and ethical food innovations, this section featured exclusive product launches, live cooking demonstrations, and networking opportunities. The Artisan Food & Drink Expo was a new addition, celebrating small-batch producers and high-quality ingredients.
Celebrating Innovation – The Natural & Organic Innovation Awards
The Innovation Awards Showcase was one of the most anticipated highlights of the expo, celebrating trailblazers who are redefining the industry. The awards recognized ground-breaking products across categories such as beauty, food, health, and retail with some products launching exclusively at the expo.



Highlights of the awards include:

Seminars: Insights from Industry Experts
One of the most enriching aspects of the expo was the series of seminars led by renowned experts in the fields of health, beauty, and sustainable food. The sessions covered a wide range of topics, including sustainability, health, and market trends.

The Main Stage featured thought-provoking discussions on sustainability, health, and market trends. Some standout sessions included:
- The Hidden Link: How Diabetes, Menopause, and Hearing Loss Impact Cognitive Health – Dr. Marilyn Glenville PhD, a leading nutritionist, explored the connections between hearing loss, cognitive decline, and conditions like diabetes and menopause, emphasizing the importance of nutrition in brain health.
- Healthstores UK Expert Panel: Empowering Independent Health Stores for Growth and Success – this panel brought together experienced retailers to discuss strategies for growth, customer engagement, and adapting to industry trends.
- Breaking Borders: Winning Strategies in Global Retail & Product Trends – global industry leaders dissect emerging product trends, shifting customer behaviours, and the strategies that retailers are using to thrive in diverse markets.



The Beauty Stage was a hub for discussions on sustainable beauty, ethical sourcing, and the latest trends in skincare and cosmetics. Some standout sessions included:
- Growing Organic Beauty – A panel featuring Sweet Bee Organics and Saira Skin explored the rise of certified organic beauty products, discussing the importance of transparency and ethical sourcing in skincare.
- Slow Beauty: Balancing Innovation, Consumption, and Sustainability – This session defined the concept of slow beauty, emphasizing minimalism, conscious consumption, and ethical sourcing. Experts discussed how brands can balance innovation with sustainability.
- How TikTok & TikTok Shop Has Changed Brand Building Forever – A panel discussion led by Sarah Crawley, CEO of The Good Influence, explored how social media platforms like TikTok are reshaping brand marketing and consumer engagement in the beauty industry.



Exclusive Access: ‘Influencing Organic & Natural Beauty’
A highlight of my visit was receiving a personal invite to the Private Influencer & Press Event ‘Influencing Organic & Natural Beauty’, sponsored by the prestigious Soil Association. This exclusive event gave beauty influencers the opportunity to hear directly from leading organic beauty brand founders live on stage.

Paige Tracey, PR Manager at Soil Association, emphasised the importance of certification, the challenges of greenwashing, and the evolving consumer demand for transparency in beauty products.
This session provided an exclusive opportunity to hear from leading organic beauty brands, including WholyMe, Naveen, UpCircle, Sweet Bee Organics, Salt of the Earth, Inlight Beauty, and Modern Botany.
All attendees received a gift bag of organic beauty products from the featured brands. We also got a complementary colour analysis session
with ‘hey colours’
Exploring the Expo
Walking through the exhibition halls, I was struck by the diverse range of products on display. Each section was buzzing with activity and I found myself in deep conversations with various brand owners.

UpCircle: Leaders in circular beauty, transforming food waste into high-performance skincare.

WholyMe: Innovators blending science with nature to create effective wellness remedies, unveiled their new branding.

Sweet Bee Organics: Champions of organic skincare, merging ancient botanical wisdom with modern formulations.

Raven Botanicals: Specializing in luxurious, plant-based skincare crafted with care.

Salt of the Earth: Offering natural deodorants that don’t compromise on sustainability. They launched a brand new refill option for the deodorants.

SPA CEYLON Ayurveda Wellness – the world’s largest, award-winning, luxury Ayurveda chain unveiled its new SeaVeda and ForestVeda collections, blending Ayurveda with modern wellness.

Inlight Beauty – Showcasing organic skincare infused with botanical-rich formulations.

GLORIAH – a bold femtech personal care brand redefining intimate and hormonal health with science-backed, plastic-free solutions.

KINETIC Natural Products Distributor – suppliers of ethical, natural and organic beauty, nutrition and superfoods for over 35 years. Giovanni is extending its product line with 3 new Hair Mask formulations

ATTITUDE – A brand focused on eco-conscious personal care, offering biodegradable and refillable solutions.

Herbfarmacy – Their organic moisturizers and healing balms, made with herbs grown in Herefordshire, were a delight to explore.

NAVEEN – A brand committed to organic and cruelty-free skincare, blending traditional herbal remedies with modern formulations.

AIMX/GLOFIX – AIMX’s high-performance face masks and GLOFIX’s natural beauty supplements were impressive additions to the expo.

Georganics – A champion of plastic-free oral care, offering natural alternatives to conventional dental products.

4Him4Her – This brand caught my attention with its gender-specific supplements catering to different health needs. Whether it was hormonal balance for women or energy-boosting formulas for men, their range was backed by solid science.

Natracare – Leading the way in organic feminine care with biodegradable products.

Amazing Herbs – Known for their premium black seed oil formulations.

BIO-KULT – introduced UK’s first 3-in-1 biotic gummies that combine prebiotics, probiotics, and postbiotics to support energy, digestive health, and immune function.

Love Mushrooms – award-winning mushroom supplement brand, unveiled its new Lion’s Mane Plus range showcasing a lineup of functional mushroom supplements designed to enhance cognitive function, immunity, and overall wellness.

Nature’s Plus UK – offers a comprehensive range of vitamins and minerals, Nature’s Plus UK showcased some exciting new additions, including plant-based energy boosters.

ProVen Biotics – Another powerhouse in the probiotic market, showcased their new ProVen vitamins for adults and kids.

TradeVits – UK based family owned business that specialises in delivering premium US vitamins and supplements to UK and European customers.

Who Gives A Crap – showcased their limited edition prints and their Bamboo Toilet Paper – New Ultra-Soft Edition – A premium, extra-soft version of their popular bamboo toilet paper, designed for maximum comfort while maintaining sustainability.

Revive Active – introduced exciting new products at the expo, including: Meno Active – a comprehensive menopause support formula; Magnesium Complex – a powerful blend of three highly bioavailable forms of magnesium and Calm Capsules – designed to promote relaxation and stress relief.

Aduna Superfoods – unveiled a fresh look for its Superfood Blends, now packaged in fully recycled card tubs.

BetterAlt – showcased its premium Shilajit resin, highlighting its high-altitude, sustainably sourced formulation designed to support energy, cognitive function, and overall vitality

The Natural Food Expo / Artisan Food & Drink Expo was a paradise for food lovers, featuring organic, plant-based, and ethically sourced products.

DEEPLY FOODS – A daily dose of prebiotic fibre in one great tasting gut health, made from real fruits & vegetables. Available in earthy fresh Spinach & Kiwi with Seaweed and zingy Carrot & Ginger with Turmeric. They were both delicious!

OMOSS – showcased their Organic Seamoss beverage – a crisp, refreshing blend of wildcrafted sea moss, reverse-osmosis water, and a touch of lime for a naturally invigorating experience.

AQUA Carpatica – award-winning natural mineral water sourced from two pristine and pure aquifers in the Carpathian Mountains. Their bottles are fully recyclable. I love their Peach & Mango flavoured sparkling water.

Food for Life Baking Company – Known for its sprouted grain breads and my favourite Organic Ezekiel 4.9 Sprouted Wholegrain Bread.

CLEARSPRING – A staple in organic Japanese foods, showcasing miso and seaweed snacks.

SUPERKEEN – allergen friendly popped cereal made from nutrient-dense Tiger nut flour and Cassava flour.

Ghee Easy & Chikko Not Coffee – Ghee Easy introduced grass-fed organic ghee, while Chikko Not Coffee offered chicory-based coffee alternatives, appealing to caffeine-free lifestyles.

Bragg UK – Pioneers in Apple cider vinegar.

Quirky Monkey – showcased its mushroom-infused coffee and wellness beverages designed to enhance focus, energy, and relaxation.

Ariela’s Gelato – showcased its award-winning artisan gelato and sorbets crafted with premium ingredients and traditional Italian techniques. The Black Forest Gateau sorbet was decadent, and the Mango sorbet was pure tropical bliss!

BioHoney – delicious Wildflower, Linden and Lavender organic honey and honeycomb.

Healthy Crunch – showcased their range of allergen-free, nutrient-dense snacks designed for healthy eating on the go. Products include Crispy Squares, Granola Bars and Seed Butters.

This year’s expo was nothing short of spectacular, packed with ground-breaking innovations, passionate brands, and inspiring conversations. From cutting-edge supplements to zero-waste skincare and artisan food delights, I left feeling excited about the future of wellness.
Exciting News for Next Year’s Expo!
Natural Health Expo & Natural Beauty Expo 2026 will be moving to a brand-new venue—the Business Design Centre in Islington, London on 22-23 June 2026, creating a highly focused event dedicated exclusively to wellness, beauty, and holistic health
Natural Food Expo will take place alongside lunch! and The National Restaurant, Pub & Bar Show at Excel London on the 16-17 September 2026, remaining as the leading trade event for the natural food and drink industry.
