Hi everyone! I’ve got another lovely juice recipe for you.
A simple combination of carrot, orange & ginger. It’s like sunshine in a glass with a spicy kick of ginger!
This juice is a great immunity booster. I love to drink it whenever I’m feeling run down and I feel a cold coming on.
Carrots are a great source of antioxidants high in Vitamin A, Vitamins C, D, E and K, as well as magnesium, potassium and calcium.
Oranges are a great source of Vitamin C, A, thiamin, folate, potassium, fiber, proteins, copper, magnesium, flavonoids, hesperidin, and a variety of other trace vitamins and minerals.
Ginger is a great source of B Vitamins, Vitamin C and E, Copper, Potassium, Sodium, Iron, Calcium, Zinc, Phosphorus and Magnesium. It is antiviral, antiseptic, antihistamine, anti-inflammatory and a great natural antibiotic.
Wash all the ingredients
Peel the oranges
Pass all the ingredients through the juicer
Pour into a glass and drink immediately (drink on an empty stomach, at least 1/2 hour before a meal)
or pour into glass container, store in fridge and drink within 24 hours
