I’ve been using Giovanni hair products on and off for a few years now. Their hair care products are cruelty-free, affordable and effective and I have a few staples I love.

I’ve said this many times, I have a love/hate relationship with shampoos. Once I use a shampoo and it strips my hair leaving it a tangled mess then I’m done with it.
This sulfate-free shampoo will not dull, strip color, or damage your hair. It is 100% color-safe, paraben-free, and cruelty-free.
First of all I love the scent of this shampoo, it has a light sweet scent that lingers. The consistency is slightly thick and creamy and it lathers up nicely and feels moisturising as I’m washing my hair. It rinses out fairly easily, my hair and scalp are cleansed without feeling stripped. My hair felt soft and smooth afterwards which was surprising after using a shampoo.

This conditioner is nice and creamy. My hair was tangle free after shampooing so once I applied it to my hair it literally melted into my strands. It has good slip so I was able to finger detangle with ease.
I leave it on for 10 minutes and rinse out. My hair feels so much softer and smooth and less frizzy afterwards.
Overall I’ve noticed an improvement in how smooth and frizz free my hair has been with this shampoo and conditioner duo.

I absolutely love the luscious tropical scent… sweet and fruity blackberry and creamy coconut.
The repairing shampoo has a lighter consistency compared to the Frizz be gone one. I was wowed by how much slip it had when I applied it to my hair. It feels moisturising and lathered very well and I was able to run my fingers through my hair while I washed it which is very rare for me.
My hair feels clean and balanced, not dry and stripped like some shampoos. Definitely going to be a staple for me!

Again this conditioner has a lighter consistency compared to the Frizz Be Gone. It is super moisturising and has good slip so I can finger detangle. I leave it on for 10 minutes and then rinse. My hair feels nourished and moisturised and silky, soft, and smooth.
So I enjoyed using both the Frizz Be Gone and Repairing shampoo and conditioner duo, the later being my favorite so I tend to alternate between them.
